1. Definitions

- “Client” refers to any individual who requests and receives services from the Company.
- “Services” refers to the domestic cleaning services provided by the Company.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 Booking Process
Clients can request a booking for our services via our website, email, or phone. The Client must provide accurate and complete information, including their full name, contact number, email address, and details of the services required.
2.2 Confirmation
Once a booking request is received, the Company will confirm the availability and provide a quote. A booking is considered confirmed only when the Client receives confirmation from the Company, which may be via email or phone.
2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the service charge.
3. Services
3.1 Scope of Services
The Company provides domestic cleaning services, including but not limited to regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and one-off cleaning services.
3.2 Service Limitations
The Company does not provide services for commercial properties or external cleaning tasks, such as window cleaning on higher floors or garden maintenance.
3.3 Quality Assurance
The Company strives to provide services of the highest quality. If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must inform the Company within 24 hours of the service completion, and the Company will address any reasonable concerns.
4. Client Obligations
4.1 Access to Property
The Client must ensure that the Company’s staff have full access to the property at the agreed time of service. The Client is responsible for providing keys, security codes, or other necessary access information.
4.2 Safety and Working Environment
The Client must ensure a safe working environment for the Company’s staff. This includes removing any hazards or obstacles that could pose a risk to the staff or impede the cleaning process.
4.3 Valuables and Breakage
The Client is advised to secure any valuables before the service. While the Company takes care to avoid damage, the Client should report any damage or breakages within 24 hours of the service.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Prices for services are quoted based on the Client’s specific requirements and may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the service. All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. The Client may pay by cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods as specified by the Company.
5.3 Late Payment
Late payments may incur additional charges. The Company reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received in accordance with these terms.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company respects the privacy of its Clients and is committed to protecting their personal data. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing services and is handled in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Insurance
The Company carries public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused by its staff during the provision of services.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the total value of the service provided. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate any service agreement with immediate effect if the Client breaches these terms and conditions or if the Company deems it necessary for safety or operational reasons.
9. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
